Delivery Information

Koala Hill Crafts aim to deliver all order within 5-7 business days (depending on your location). Your order will be processed within 48 hours of placing the order online and will be shipped thereafter. 

Australia Post

All orders will be shipped using the Australia Post standard parcel delivery. 

We are able to track parcels upon request. If you would like to enquire about the status of your parcel, please email us at sales@koalahill.com.au and we will check the status of via Australia Post tracking. 

Delivery Costs

We offer free delivery on all order over $80.00 excluding GST. Any orders under $80.00 excluding GST will be charged a flat $8.00 fee.
